Uncrowd wins CX Solution of the Year at the CX Exchange Awards UK

Uncrowd won CX Solution of the Year at the CX Exchange Awards UK this week. The awards, run by IQPC Exchange, recognise outstanding contributions to Customer Experience excellence.

Uncrowd Founder and CEO Richard Hammond, who accepted the award, along with co-founder and CPO Rocky Howard, said, "We were delighted to win, it's such a buzz to see our revolutionary experience analytics solution recognised like this. What made us award-worthy was the vision and forward thinking brilliance of a customer keen to innovate, and in the brilliant Jenny Lorimer of M&S we found exactly that. A massive thank you also to Hollie Jasmine Collins who has championed Uncrowd through the superb CX Exchange events. When you're doing something different from the status quo, and questioning the accepted wisdom of relying on customer surveys for insight, it's fantastic to get support like this. The award is a testament to the passion and dedication of our team, who have designed our rigorous methodology and built our solution from scratch over the last few years."
